St. Helena Chooses WorldReach’s Cloud-based Passport Issuance Solution
February 6, 2018
WorldReach Software, leader in identity verification and secure travel document issuance solutions, announces the selection by St. Helena for its Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) PassportReach solution. The Government of St. Helena began processing applications with the PassportReach system in January of this year. This adds another British Overseas Territory client to the list of Anguilla, Bermuda, Cayman Islands, Montserrat, Turks and Caicos Islands and the British Virgin Islands, each of whom have entered into separate, multi-year contracts with WorldReach Software.
PassportReach supports all phases of secure document issuance such as data capture, entitlement and identity processing, scanning, inventory and tracking and complies with stringent data security and privacy requirements of Her Majesty’s Passport Office. HMPO is personalizing the new ePassports at an existing facility in the United Kingdom.
The SaaS-Cloud model reduces initial costs, ramp-up time, and infrastructure investments, while offering improved accessibility, flexibility, security, redundancy and scalability.
