United Kingdom’s Foreign & Commonwealth Office launches LOCATE based on Registration Module from WorldReach

WorldReach Software is pleased to announce that the United Kingdom’s Foreign & Commonwealth Office (FCO) recently has launched a new service called LOCATE, based on the Online Registration Module from WorldReach Software to better serve British Nationals abroad as an FCO quoted survey reveals that two thirds of Britons do not know the whereabouts of loved ones travelling in a foreign country.
FCO furthermore explains that LOCATE is needed because an estimated 68 million British Nationals traveled abroad in 2006, with more than five million British Nationals living outside UK for a year or longer. As a result of this, the FCO now advises that travelers add LOCATE to their pre-travel checklist.
