WorldReach and International Women’s Day: Striving for Gender Parity
March 6, 2020
International Women’s Day (#IWD2020) takes place on Sunday 8 March 2020, with this year’s theme of #EachforEqual. IWD has been celebrated and officially acknowledged since 1977, when the UN and its member states proclaimed 8 March would be an official day for women’s rights.
Business boardrooms, government departments and media coverage are just some of the key areas of focus highlighted by this ambitious campaign that plays an important role in keeping gender parity issues front and centre.
For WorldReach, every day is a day to strive for gender parity, diversity and inclusion. In celebration of International Women’s Day, we wanted to share some of the impressive statistics that help contribute to our “world of experience”.
